Director of Sales, East Coast
Job Description:
You will sell state-of-the-art enterprise software solutions based on Novitaz’s patented technologies. This is the opportunity for you to leverage your experience in software application sales, meet challenges head on, staff a motivated team of accounts executives, and build the exciting sales career you’ve always desired. The position will require frequent visits to New York City, therefore candidates living in the NYC vicinity will be preferred.
Qualifications:
This is a senior level position requiring a BS/MS degree in business administration or sales management and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of retail experience with client/server packaged software or decision support solutions.
- 4+ years’ experience managing a team of sales account executives
- Ability to communicate with people at all organizational levels, especially C-level and president
- Ability to interview and define customer needs and present solutions
- Direct field experience selling enterprise or ERP software applications
- Ability to contact prospective and/or existing clients to determine product needs.
- Consistent track record of above-quota sales achievement
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a complex sales campaign
