Robert A. Young, Ph.D. Chairman BOD

Managing Director of Mirador Capital LLC, a private equity firm investing in venture capital companies. Previously Chief Executive Officer of Curl Corporation, an Internet infrastructure software company. Dr. Young was also the Managing Partner of Dillon Read's venture capital funds and subsequently was head of Technology Banking in corporate finance. Prior to Dillon Read, he served as President, IBM Instruments, Inc. Dr. Young presently serves on the board of directors of several private information technology companies. He received a B.S. with honors in chemistry from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Suni Munshani, BOD

CEO, Protegrity. Previously, served as a managing partner at Persephone Investments (1992 - 2001) where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s strategic vision and the execution of its global business initiatives. Synetics, Inc. President New Technology (1997 - 1998) and then the CEO position (1998 - 2001). Synetics was acquired by Affiliated Computer Services, a NASDAQ company. ACS was then acquired by Lockheed Martin. Munshani joined the Synetics team after making several investments, including Paradigm Systems, Inc, where he also served as the Chairman. This was acquired by Platinum Technology / Computer Associates. Prior to Persephone Investments, Munshani was the President at Trirex, a software company whose technology was acquired by Perot Systems. Madhav Dhar, BOD

Burton M. "Skip" Sack, Advisor

Skip Sack started in the restaurant industry in 1951 while a freshman in high school. He received a bachelor of science from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Cornell University in 1961 and the same year joined the Howard Johnson Company as an advertising assistant. Skip spent 16 years in a direct operations role during his Howard Johnson tenure. He developed the Ground Round restaurant chain, taking it from one restaurant to 65 units in seven years. For four years, he served as vice president of Specialty Restaurants, which included the Ground Round restaurants and Red Coach Grills.

Paul Dunay, Marketing Consultant and Advisor

Paul Dunay has spent more than 20 years in marketing, creating buzz for leading technology companies such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, BearingPoint, and Cisco. Paul currently is the CMO of Networked Insights a social media insights firm. He is considered an expert on Facebook having written Facebook Marketing for Dummies which has sold more than 22,000 copies and his new book Facebook Advertising for Dummies just came out last fall.
